This app has a great layout and easy to use interface. It is full of information and coping techniques that teach you not to avoid your anxiety, but to face it by taking very small, manageable steps. You can even track specific anxieties and your reaction to them over time. The app gives you very good advice on starting to overcome anxiety without escalating stress. There is even a button that gives you immediate reassurance if youre in the midst of a panic attack.
This app is absolutely great. It truly helps me deal with my anxiety instead of just trying to deal with it in a way that never really works.
Excellent array of tips and information on coping with anxiety. Very interactive yet simple and user friendly. I especially like the tools that let you track your anxiety and practice counteracting anxious thoughts.

Lots of straightforward, easy to use features with a variety of uses/functions. I found the "anxiety tracker" to be particularly useful in combination with an alarm I have set to remind me to update it frequently. I would definitely recommend at least giving this app a try!
This is a seriously amazing app. It it uncomplicated and effective. The social cloud function is a great support and peer-to-peer sharing space. I am seriously impressed. The best mental health app Ive ever used!

But it would be even better if that when it gets updated it didnt erase all the data in the anxiety tracker. I ended that information
A GODSEND … its perfect for anxiety, you get anxious & you forget everything. With this app, it walks you through steps (like breathing). Its so nice to have something like this when anxiety strikes & youre alone.
I usually dont do reviews but I must for this app. Ive struggled with anxiety for a very long time and this app has been so helpful. The relaxation mental exercises are simply amazing and so are the physical exercises. The anxiety tracker helps me a lot as well as the list so I am aware of what makes me nervous so I know how to handle those situations better. I definitely recommend this app to people with anxiety, people who are very easily stressed, etc.
