I saw a post about his app on tumblr, and immediately downloaded it. I have been struggling with GAD, social anxiety, and panic attacks for the past 3 years, and this app has honesty helped me so much. For me I love the voice recording section. It lets me hear myself when I am having a panic attack, which is weird but strangely helpful. I also love how you can customize the app so you have your favorite coping activities right at your fingertips. I seriously recommend this app to anyone struggling with anxiety.
